Yeah so there is a cool little widget I just discovered posted at Count Me Out.It allows you to preview some of the Cold War Kids new album tracks that will be featured on ‘Loyalty To Loyalty’. The song ‘I’ve Seen Enough’ sounds like it could be a pretty epic song. I liked the atmosphere ‘Dreams Old Men Dream’ provided…reminded me of the Walkmen. ‘Every Man I Fall For’ is a pretty mellow song, but damn it sounds like a beauty. They gave us a preview a few months ago of their first single ‘Something Is Not Right With Me’ which is good for what it is.
If this snippits are any indication of the quality of their new album, it seems like there will be no sophomore slump. Bloggers went nuts for these guys before their debut album even came out, and forgot about them even quicker. Lets hope this album can prove to the world that they are here to stay.
