My good friend Rogo found the latest Kanye track to find it’s way because of a radio rip, and you can read about it at his blog It’s A Rap. It is a radio rip so you got the usual annoying DJ radio crap. However once you ignore it, you got a pretty upbeat song that is more of the familiar Kanye West. This is definitely one of the more accessible tracks with an upbeat song and chorus. 808′s is looking to become one of the best records of this year, it seems to have a little bit of everything on it. I am really starting to get over the auto tuner and really enjoy these songs.
I wish people could get over the change of direction and accept it. I’m sure it will take time but when will people realize that Kanye is saving the rap genre. This is something different and I have noticed that each of the songs that have leaked so far have grown on me every day. This songs are meant to be listened over and over again. Kanye is going to have an album that people will be raving about for a long time. Kanye is at it again, go buy the album when it comes out later this month! (wow it came up fast!!!)
