Often I find a few rare b-sides, covers, live tracks, that are definitely worth posting. Well I figured that I should have some kind of “series” of sorts that lets you know you are getting a rare track. It is called Dig Up The Rarities.

Here is the first track to give this series a start. It is from the eccentric band of Montreal. The song is called “Like A Revolution”. It is Kevin covering The Beatles classic (and my favorite Beatles song) “A Day In The Life” backstage at Brown University in Providence, RI on April 18, 2009. I noticed it from You Aint No Picasso. Barnes changes the lyrics and song structure a bit, which explains the different song title. It is a bit of Kevin foolin around but it still sound nice.

I really like this, this is a nice find!
