Take a look at The Gin Riots, they are one of the hottest bands coming out of the UK. The London band is riding some solid buzz with their new single “The Polka’ and for good reason. The song has a lot of energy, and demonstrates what this band can do. The band named themselves after the longest and hardest drinking session in living memory. They describe themselves on their myspace as a disparate bunch of boys who came together make music to get drunk to.
Sounds like a good band to me! They made some decent buzz at SXSW this year, and I can only expect things to keep going their way as they release more stuff. Keep an eye out!
