The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart have not slowed down since releasing their awesome self titled debut album this year. They tacked on the awesome b-side “Ramona” on their “Young Adult Friction” single, and now they are set to release a brand new 4 song ep. The EP is called Higher Than The Stars, and it is set to come out on September 22nd.
The EP features all new songs. The featured tracks are called Falling Over, Twins, Higher Than The Stars, & 103. Willis from Mossip posted a mp3 of “Higher Than The Stars” the other day. After one listen, I was immediately sold. These guys keep on putting out great material. This is a really nice song, almost reminds me of The Cure. Blissful melody, smooth vocals. The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart are the real deal.
