[New] Atlas Sound – Shelia

By Will, September 4th 2009 — with 2 comments MP3

Atlas Sound’s new album Logos has leaked online, and it is getting amazing praise…like it should be. Bradford Cox, one of the finest indie musicians out there has done it again. Right away, the song Shelia stood out to me. It grabs you from the first second, and won’t let you go. It is perfect in pretty much every way. There isn’t a whole hell of a lot going on, but his voice surrounding the pretty acoustic guitar is all it needs to soar. Sometimes the simplest things turn out to be the best.

This song literally impressed me from the start. I still need to fully invest more time into Logos, but for now Shelia on repeat all weekend would do no harm!
