I saw Phoenix live earlier this year in L.A. (traveled from Alaska pretty much for the show) since they are my favorite band of late. Thomas was ill (they had canceled the San Francisco show just before that one) but seemed to feed off the energy of the crowd and they totally rocked. Everyone in the place went insane. Fantastic live show! BTW, I don't normally post comments but I love your blog, and it's a permanent tab in Firefox. I can't believe you are so young (that's a compliment).
