Why do the Japenese always get the exclusive Bonus Tracks for every album? Vampire Weekend’s Contra will get two tracks. They are Giants (or Little Giant?), and Ottoman. We all recognized Ottoman from the film Nick & Norah’s Intimate Playlist. Now it is going to be attatced to Contra as a Japanese exclusive.\\

This is cool, I have been waiting to see Little Giant released officially for a long, long time! They played it at their ‘08 Bowery Ballroom show, and I have been looking for a recorded version ever since. Sweet deal!

At least we’re getting “Little Giant” I was afraid we’d lost that one.
I think the reason why Japan gets bonus tracks so often is because Japanese girls are so hot.
Japanese CDs tend to have a couple of extra bonus tracks because the cost of CDs there is a lot higher than it is here… like, $30. So there’s gotta be a little extra incentive to get people to buy music.
