Happy Thanksgiving everybody! Today is an excuse to pig out with great food. I look forward to having a feast of turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes every year!! mmm
My family is hosting the big gathering this year, so things should get a bit hectic later on tonight! My NY Giants are playing tonight against Denver, so that should be cool! I don’t think I’ve ever been able to watch the G-men on thanksgiving!
I am debating whether or not to go do some black friday shopping. There are some cheap blue ray deals that have my interest, but I am not sure if it is worth making the hike and dealing with the crowds. A part of me just goes because it’s almost thanksgiving tradition. Every year I got with my mom and grandma to pick up some cheap dvd’s (now bluray). It’s kinda fun being there with all the bargain hunting nutjobs.
The important thing to remember today, is to think of all the things you are thankful for. It’s a simple thing, but most of the time we forget what we are celebrating. I’m guilty at times. Looking back on everything I’m really thankful for my family, my girlfriend, my great friends, you guys for making this blog the way it is, and for good health. Yea it’s cliche, but we really need to appreciate the little things more and more.
