Damn 2010, you keeping giving us more and more treats to look forward to in 2010! Today Matador Records announced that everyones favorite indie pop-rock supergroup, The New Pornographers are releasing their fifth album called Together, on May 4th! (album art above!)
The album details are pretty juicy! 9 of the songs were written by pop genius A.C. Newman, while 3 were written by Dan Bejar (Destroyer). The full 8 person New Pornographers is in full force! Thats not all! The album as features the following featured guests! : Annie Clark from St. Vincent, Zach Condon from Beirut, and Will Sheff from Okkervil River!
Matador seems really excited about the record stating it is great, but what else would you expect! They also said to look out for the first mp3 soon! SWEET
I cannot wait to hear this album, this sounds pretty fantastic!
