Here is one of my favorite songs from BRBC’s new album Beat The Devil’s Tattoo. It has a sinister mood due to the brooding guitars and garage-sound. The song takes some time build, eventually exploding into a great refrain at about the two minute mark. The song stood out from the rest of the pack due to its brooding nature with a deep pit of emotio. BRBC really put a lot of themselves into the song and the listeer gets a lot out of it as a result.
Aya doesn’t explode and impress right away but once it does, it reveals itself to you in a glorious fashion. This is simply smart rock and roll done right.
