We now have an early listen at the new LCD Soundsystem single “Drunk Girls” thanks to a golden find by my friends at OneThirtyBPM. The single is going to be included on the upcoming untitled new album from James Murphy and friends.
The song wasn’t what I expected it was. It’s gonna be a big party album for frat hipsters (do they even exist?) since the song is just about getting fucked up. It’s sorta like North American Scum, a big explosion of sounds and great observational skills. Need a party anthem for your next party? James has you covered.
