Check out an interview that the Arcade Fire’s Will Butler did with CBC News. This is the first time in a while that we’ve directly heard from anyone in the band, so this is cool to see. The bands youtube channel is actually the one responsible for uploading the clip to youtube.
Will talks about living in the suburbs of Texas with Win. He even brings up Radiohead, when he wished that the band was “as big as Radiohead” so they could post music for free immediately upon its completion. You guys are certainly getting close, Will.
