If you don’t know about Forest Family Records, you better get acquainted with them right now. They are the record label started by the dudes who run the legendary music blogs Gorilla vs. Bear and Weekly Tape Deck. They were responsible for the vinyl release of recent indie darlings Cults, which sold out.
They’re getting set to release their 2nd 7″. This time it’s for Gauntlet Hair’s “I Was Thinking…” & “Our Scenery”. I posted about “I Was Thinking…” before, and if you haven’t downloaded it yet, you are truly missing out on one of the best songs of the year. The 7″ is still on sale right here. Hurry though, they are bound to sell out of it soon. With only 500 copies in print, this is a must have. You can grab mp3′s of both songs below thanks to FFR.
