Black Mountain have just announced that their new album, Wilderness Heart, is coming out on September 14th via Jagjaguwar. The announcement came with the opportunity to download a song from the album for free if you gave away your e-mail address. The song is called “Old Fangs”.
It certainly has it’s fair share of 70′s classic rock influences. It has fuzzy Led Zeppelin guitars, and Black Sabbath vocals. The song has some serious bite to it. These guys are a fan that classic rock snobs can actually enjoy. We know how hard it is to get classic rock fans out of their shells, so that is saying a lot.
