The Hundred In The Hands – Sleepwalkers

By Will Oliver, July 6th 2010 — with 1 comment MP3

I discovered the Brooklyn duo The Hundred In The Hands via Right Hear earlier today, and I’m really glad I did. Their song “Sleepwalkers” is made with all the finest ingredients, resulting in a song that hit me really hard. With luscious female vocals layered over crafty instrumentation, this track is mesmerizing.

“Sleepwalkers” was included on their debut EP, This Desert, which came out this past May. The band is gearing up to release their self-titled debut album on September 21 via Warp.

For now, get your feet wet with “Sleepwalkers”. I will post more about these guys at a later date. Looking forward to listening to their EP/Album.
