[new]: Ariel Pink with Added Pizzazz – Hot Body Rub

“Hot Body Rub” is the jazzy opener of Ariel Pink’s excellent new album, Before Today. Weird jazz group Added Pizzazz backed him up on it’s opener, “Hot Body Rub”. Ariel just teamed up with the again to release a collaborative EP appropriately called “Ariel Pink with Added Pizzazz”.

The EP features an extended cut of “Hot Body Rub” extending the track with a few more minutes of jazzed up lo-fi. Usually less is more, but not in this case. The song has leaked in full glory. Check it out below:

Update: Here is a new High Quality mp3 thanks to Carlos:

The EP is being released via the label Free Dope And Fucking In The Streets. What a name. The 12″ EP can only be obtained at Ariel’s upcoming summer tour. I am actually going to be at his Irving Plaza show, so if you want one, e-mail me at weallwantsomeone@gmail.com and maybe I can help you out.

If you missed the free download of the EP’s opening track “In the Heat of the Night”, grab it here.

Whoever uploaded this song didn’t transfer it the right way. No one else has noticed that there’s turntable line noise on this song? I bought my copy at the L.A. show and the sound on this version that’s linked to in the article here is just not right. I uploaded an mp3 of this track that sounds the way it should if anyone wants to hear it the right way. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=AIMWLZHP
