Error Operator – Follow

By Will, August 1st 2010 — with 2 comments MP3

Just got sent this really gorgeous song from an electronic DJ/Producer from London named Error Operator. The song is called “Follow” and it’s a lovely instrumental that features a pretty powerful political speech sample. Not sure what it’s from but it really works well with the song. Update As Jesse points out in the comments, it comes from the 1976 film Network. You can watch the scene here.

The strings and piano remind me of some kind of emotional scene that you’d see in Lost. I’m really impressed.

“Follow” will be on his new album Mistakes, set for release on September 13th.

You can follow Error Operator on twitter and hear more songs from him on his soundcloud page. Other than that, there isn’t anything else on him. Hopefully more will come our way soon, but don’t count on it.
