The Strokes Nikolai Fraiture Talks New Album, Out In March

By Will, January 6th 2011 — with 2 comments News

According to HitFlix, The Strokes bassit, Nikolai Fraiture, told BBC that their much anticipated 4th album is due out in March. He told them that it’s a step backward, rather than forward. What he meant was that it’s sonically the album they should have made between Room On Fire and First Impressions on Earth.

So as it looks, album #4 is well on pace for release soon. I’m really interested to hear what it sounds like. The band will embark on a world tour soon, so be on the lookout. We really need an epic NYC show.

Us New Yorkers are more than ready for all that The Strokes will bring us in 2011.
