Fleet Foxes frontman Robin Pecknold just shared 3 new acoustic recordings on the Fleet Foxes twitter account. Robin said the songs were recorded in LA a couple of weeks ago with his friend Noah. One of the songs is called “I’m Losing Myself” which is a duet with Grizzly Bear’s Ed Droste. The other two songs consist of a new solo song called “Derwentwater Stones”, and a cover of Chris Thompson’s “Where Is My Wild Rose”. The set of songs is simply titled: Three Songs. He confirmed that these aren’t Fleet Foxes songs. He just wanted to give them a home.

He gave them away for free download, and you can listen/download all three of them below. As expected, they’re pretty. Very pretty. Can’t wait for Helplessness Blues.
