At SXSW Jack White played a two song acoustic set in a parking lot. It was to promote the Third Man Records Rolling Record Store (which is pretty neat). He played stellar performances of Buddy Holly’s “Not Fade Away” and The White Stripes classic, “Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground”. He also announced that Seasick Steve (remember him?) signed a 1 album deal with his label. Then Steve himself performed a few tunes. Awesome stuff.
