James Vincent McMorrow may or may not have been influenced by Jimmy Fallon when he covered Willow Smith’s “Whip My Hair”. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was. But, that doesn’t matter.

It’s the song most people loved, or loved to hate last year. One thing’s for sure, whether or not you like to admit it, you know it, and you know it damn well. James Vincent McMorrow decided to give the song a new arrangement, and present it to us as a new package. He takes the pop hit and creates a fragile makeover that transforms it into an entirely different beast. It’s really cool.

You guys aren’t to cool for this one are you? I didn’t think so.
