The Rapture are bringing back dance rock back with their new single, “How Deep Is Your Love?”. A few weeks ago DFA uploaded a video of an actual 7″ single of the song is played live for us to hear, disco ball and all.
It’s been such a long time since we’ve heard new music from The Rapture, and this song definitely doesn’t disappoint. The beginning of the song almost had me mistaking them for Hot Chip, a sign that The Rapture have taken a more rootsy approach to dance music, sounding more like a DFA band then ever before.
Grab your dancing shoes, and figure out how deep your love truly is.
The Rapture will release their new album, In The Grace of Your Love, on September 6th, via DFA.
