So it’s official, Zooey and Ben are no more. This news sucks for Ben, but it’s probably made a healthy amount of men around the world that much healthier. What this does mean is that Death Cab For Cutie’s next album is sure to be one of the more depressing albums, which is saying a lot. Reports are that this split was “mutual and amicable” and that “there was no third party involved.”
It sucks that it didn’t work out, but for some reason, the news doesn’t seem all that surprising. At least they lasted longer than good old Kimmy K.
Doubt that Ben is going to be listening to She & Him’s Christmas album anytime soon.
