At The Drive-In shocked the music world today with a tweet announcing that they are getting back together after 11 years of silence. The band broke up in 2001 and members split into The Mars Volta and Sparta, respectively.
No other details have been announced yet, but I’m guessing we will see a tour announcement sometime soon. If we get a new album too, that’s a bonus. It’s good to see that there is still hope out there that more broken bands can squash their beef and reunite.
