Alex Turner covered Patsy Cline’s “Strange” for Triple J’s Like A Version covers session. For those of you that saw Arctic Monkeys tour during Humbug, you may recall a part of “Strange” was included in the middle of their performance of “Fluorescent Adolescent”.
I wasn’t a big fan of the inclusion of “Strange” into one of Arctic’s finest songs, but this cover is hard to argue against. It’s a brilliant cover.
