Purity Ring have announced via twitter that their debut album will be titled Shrines. It’s due out via 4AD on July 24.
“Odedear” is the first song we are getting from the album. It starts out with a dark cry and soon hammers out sinister sounds of night life. Electronic beeps and crisp drum claps are a perfect match for Megan James’ vocals.
It’s a winner.
