“Runaways” is The Killers new single, from their upcoming new album, Battle Born. It’s been a 4-year-wait since their somewhat disappointing last album, Day & Age. So it’s safe to say fans expectations are rather high for this new album. “Runaways” is our first dip into the new waters.
The band seems to return back to the sound of 2nd album, Sam’s Town. It has that grand, epic, Killers feel that you either love or hate. If you’re leaning hard left or right, then that’s how you’re gonna feel about “Runaways”. The Killers are back in full form, and that’s a good or a bad thing for you.
