[new]: Freelance Whales – Spitting Image

By Will Oliver, August 21st 2012 New Stream

Yesterday NPR premiered Freelance Whales new song “Spitting Image”.

It’s a warm and bubbly offering from the band that made their fame in similar fashion on their debut album. Here, things are more polished for them, and the band flourish in a fuller, cleaner sound. Job well done to bassist Doris Cellar who takes over lead vocals.

We previously heard first single “Locked Out”. Now check out “Spitting Image” below. It’s from their new album, Diluvia. It’s out October 9 via Mom + Pop/Frenchkiss Records.
