Although Birmingham four-piece Peace have yet to even release their debut release EP Delicious, the band is high on my list of new favorites. I will continue to endorse “California Daze” as if it was running in the election, and their cover of Binary Finary’s “1998” was enjoyable in its own way.

Now we get another offering from Delicious, the funky, dance friendly “Bloodshake”. For comparisons sake only, the angular dance rock calls to mind 1 part Foals, 1 part Friendly Fires. Two bands I highly enjoy, so that’s truly a compliment.

These guys are rookies, but got picked up by Columbia. It’s no wonder why, they’re extremely talented. Stream “Bloodshake” below and make sure you pick up a copy of their debut 7″ EP on white vinyl, as it’s sure to sell out any minute.
