Justin Timberlake - Suit & Tie (Feat. Jay-Z)

Guilty pleasures? Justin Timberlake is one of mine. Well, I openly admit to it, as I am posting about his new song. Justin’s music is somewhat polarizing to the masses. I enjoyed FutureSex/LoveSounds a great deal, and I think a lot of you did as well, whether you like to admit it or not. Right before the weekend Justin posted a video hinting a return of new music. Now tonight, his first new song in six years is released.

It’s called “Suit & Tie” and features none-other than Jay-Z. It starts out as a slow burner, but soon blossoms out in full force with some jazzy sounds meshing with his flavor of r&b. Strong production, and a welcomed verse from Jay take it home. It may not jump out at first listen but a few more listens in and it’s begging to crunch a little harder and click here and there.

Timbaland produced the song, as well as the other 20 songs that may make the cut of his new album, The 20/20 Experience, which is due out later in the year. The song is available to buy on iTunes right now.

    No surprise you like JT. You were probably 9 or 10 when N’SYNC were huge. They were probably your favorite band in grade school. It was only later in middle and high school you ditched the pop world for the indie one.

    @Kevin,

    Actually, I was always more of a Backstreet Boys kid myself.
