Lovestreams is a new project of Okkervil River’s frontman Will Sheff. Last year he rented a Brooklyn basement and used it as a recording studio to record a project that he had wanted to do for a long time. He wanted to make an album by himself, for himself, with no expectations taken from his work with Okkervil River. It took him a year to make, and now we is putting the material out there for free, since it cost him almost nothing to make. That album is forthcoming.
