Janelle Monae’s new single “Dance Apocalyptic” is pretty much pop perfection. It’s set to appear on her new album The Electric Lady which will be released on September 10.
The single’s video features a Janelle rocking out on a show in similar fashion to this little classic. It’s hard not to find some pleasure in “Dance Apocalyptic”, a song that really does capture all the right aspects of a pop song, especially considering all the other crap we’re fed in 2013.
