Last year Sufjan Stevens, Son Lux & Serengeti got together to release a EP under the moniker S/S/S. They’re back at it but are now know as Sisyphus.
They’ve released a new song called “Calm It Down.” It’s off their self-titled debut album Sisyphus, which is out March 18 via Asthmatic Kitty and Joyful Noise. The album was originally just going to be another EP, but Sufjan said there was a “wellspring of mad ideas”, which resulted in a full album.
Check out “Calm It Down” which starts as a jittery rap track but soon travels into a world more reminiscent of what Sufjan has been doing lately. It’s a trip.
