Last week Klaxons released a new track called “There Is No Other Time” which will be featured on the band’s upcoming album due this summer. That track is the a-side of a new 7″ single set to precede the album.
The band has now shared the b-side “Children Of The Sun.” While “There Is No Other Time” was a bit of a minor departure in their sound, “Children Of The Sun” is a return to the Klaxons sound that we are used to. It was produced by Tom Rowlands of The Chemical Brothers.
This one hits a bit harder on first listen, with a funky space-psych sound that features a fairly catching chorus. This one may please fans a bit more.
