Interpol - El Pintor

Believe it or not, we are a mere couple a weeks away from a new Interpol album. As you should know by now, it’s called El Pintor, and will be released on September 9 via Matador Records.

“All The Way Back Home” was the first single shared from the album, and today they’ve let go of a new track titled “Ancient Ways.”

The new song sees the band chug through classic Interpol riffage, with Paul Banks signature vocals guiding the band through the fog. It doesn’t jump out at you immediately, but its consistantly solid through and through. Hopefully the rest of the album is as enjoyable as both tracks that we’ve heard so far.
