Simian Mobile Disco will release new album Whorl on September 9 via Anti- Records. As we previously reported, the album was recorded live in California desert, with a modular synth and a sequencer each.
The first taste of the album came via “Tangents” a dark moody instrumental that shifts gears many time through its four-minute runtime, running through various atmospheres and emotions. If the rest of the Whorl can tap into this same place, we are in for a treat.
