It’s been three years since Purity Ring released their highly celebrated debut album Shrines. Well, they’re back, announcing that their new album Another Eternity will be released on March 3 via 4AD. Megan James and Corin Roddick recorded the record in Edmonton, Alberta, making it the first time that they were able to record a record together in the same room.
Recently released new single “Begin Again” features glittery synth-work and heavy hitting beats that lay a solid foundation for the wondrous vocals of James to take over. It’s a great follow-up to the previously released album cut “Push Pull,” which was slightly more pop-oriented.
