LA Priest (pronounced ‘Lah Pree-st’) is the project of elusive electronic musician Sam Dust. It’s his first bit of new music since the hiatus of his previous band, Late Of The Pier.
He already shared the futuristic and funky debut single “Oino,” a electronic wonder whose entertaining video was released earlier today. It was directed by Sam’s brother Isaac Eastgate (who directed Adult Jazz’s “Am Gone” video) a wild video that was shot during a recent trip they took together and was ““inspired by a story our grandad told us about a man imprisoned in the desert who escapes by singing to a wizard.”
