Monica Birkenes, better known as Mr Little Jeans, released her new EP F E V E R S last year and one of it’s highlights is the single “Stitches.”
It’s obvious around here that pop music isn’t quite my main focus, but that’s not to say that I don’t enjoy a good pop song when it comes my way. Take “Stitches” a bold and confident synth-pop effort that seems so effortless from Birkenes but it dazzles with a sugar-coated charm that instantly won me over. I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again, if the pop radio was constantly playing tracks like “Stitches” from artists like Mr Little Jeans, the world would be a much better place.
