Philadelphia-based psych rockers Them Jones tap into a nice retro psych-rock sound on “Grow” which has a bit of the Allah-Las revival rock sound to it for sure.
It’s the title track from the band’s second album which was released this summer. The band say that the track is “an earnest attempt to blend the sparkle and reverb of psych-pop with the grit and bite of garage rock. Well, guys, it’s safe to say that you’ve succeeded with this one as that’s exactly what it does and then some.
