Drawing Boards is New York City band comprised of longtime members of the live music scene. The band consists of former members of Sisters (Aaron Pfannebecker), Dirty On Purpose (Doug Marvin), TEEN (Jane Herships), and Darlings (Peter Rynsky).
Together they create a very 90s sounding New York sound, as seen on their warm and lush single “Grass Grows Backwards,” calling to mind the work of greats such as Pavement, Luna, and others. It’s taken from their forthcoming self-titled debut album which will be released on March 2 via Gentle Reminder Records.
