Blue Cast Catalyst is a New York City music collective fronted by psychedelic-pop composer, Adam Trull who is joined by a rotating cast of performers who help bring his vision to life. Trull, originally from New Hampshire, is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist songwriter and producer.
He’s releasing his new album Cubist Collar on March 2 and the first single is “Passenger Pigeon,” a track that sounds like a mix of the most Panda Bear influenced Animal Collective songs mixed with a bit of Fleet Foxes as well as a bit of The Beach Boys. It wonderfully mixes some modern elements to give these classic pop structures a vibrant and colorful new feel.
