Last month Swedish indie rock group Join The Riot returned with their brand new EP Echo. The first single to be shared from it is “Pretenders,” a track that won me over with a wash of grand vocals, sunny instrumentals and a sweeping soaring feel that is in large part to the clean-cut production.
If The O.C. was still around, I could totally see this being on one of its well-curated soundtracks.
