Rising Irish quartet The Academic released their debut album Tales from the Backseat this January via Downtown Records / Interscope Records.
On February 15 they played one of their very first headlining shows in America with a performance at Mercury Lounge along with local openers Friends At The Falls.
Our photographer Adam Heller was there to capture all the action from both performances and caught up with the band to grab some portraits with The Academic.
