We All Want Someone To Shout For is a New York City based music blog founded by Will Oliver in the summer of 2008. I started the blog as a seventeen year old with a passion for music. It started out as a way for me to show my friends what music I was listening to. It grew into something bigger.
The blog is built around my love for new music. As a result you can expect to find coverage on all the freshest music that indie rock has to offer. I am a huge Arctic Monkeys fan, and as a result I named my blog after a lyric to their excellent b-side “Who The Fuck Are Arctic Monkeys”. Not only do I give rapid updates on all things Arctic Monkeys, but everything relevant in this growing musical world. You can except new mp3′s, music news, interviews, and posts about my life. The beauty of a music blog is that it is free from any format, so I can entertain your wildest wishes. I try to seperate myself from the overwhleming amount of music bloggers by making each post thoughtful and personal, rather than just posting dozens of mp3′s a day without thought.
